B, Wellington.•11:45 a.m. On Aug. 5, 2013, April L. Grizzle, 34, Wellington was issued a notice to appear charged with dog at large.•12:01 p.m. Patrick T D Bennett, 24, Wellington was arrested, charged and confined with violation of protection order and criminal threat.•12:49 p.m. Officers took a report of a domestic dispute of a known suspect(s) in the 200 block W. 4th, Wellington.•2 p.m. Officers investigated a forgery of a known suspect in the 800 block E. 16th, Wellington.•3:10 p.m. Officers investigated harassment by telephone by unknown suspect(s) in the 200 block N.
